Warranty Registration is critical for us to serve you in the event something happens to your Alltimate Luggage, and if you purchased your 3-in-1 Carry On Travel System online from us, you are already registered.
Who should register here?
This page is for those lucky recipients of an Alltimate system from a loved one, colleage, corporation, golf club, or other event organizer.
Access Our Guarantee
For this warranty registration, in the comments, please include the following:
- the name of the purchaser (individual, company, golf club, event)
- the date you received your Alltimate
- the time zone, and prefered date and time if you wish for us to call you Monday-Friday (8am-8pm ET)
The Alltimate Warranty
Alltimate 3-in-1 warranty is to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from date of purchase.
If a product under warranty fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our option.
This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, normal fading, abuse, negligence and misuse or airline damage.
Warranty does not apply once the product is altered (for example, monogrammed pieces will have holes in them).
