If your all-the-time travel mate isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to help.

  1. Simply use the contact us form, and send it back within 100 days from the delivery date with free shipping.
  2. Get a refund confirmation.
  3. Send it back.
  • Returned item must be unused, in the condition you received it from us, and in the original packaging.
  • Items may not be returned once altered (for example, monogrammed).
  • Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the item along with verification of the refund being processed.
