After receiving it and taking it through its first weekend trip to Vegas, I have to say that I love this set-up. First, the unboxing of this bag is a great experience. The pieces all fit beautifully into the outer drawstring backpack and you can definitely feel the quality as you opened up each piece. Definitely reinforced my purchasing decision! :) So, for my Vegas Trip, I put my nicer shirts and slacks into the garment bag, packed the rest of my gear in the duffel, I connected the two of them together in the very easy to figure out, wrap around configuration. As I added more to the bag, I kept finding more pockets and areas where I could store stuff for easy access, giving it remarkable versatility. I packed the drawstring backpack for the inevitable trip to the pool, which came in very handy and is actually really high quality as well. The garment bag does what it claims - keeps your clothes from getting wrinkled in transit, so I didn’t have to worry about ironing before heading out. The trip was great and I’ll admit that on the way home, I just shoved everything into the duffel, including the garment bag and backpack, and just dealt with the aftermath when I got home. Seriously, a perfect weekender bag for when you have a couple of nicer outfits, but the rest can fit within the duffel.
